A Wealth of Experience
Prior to joining Baird, Alex served as the Long Term Care Insurance (LTCI) Sales Director at Art Jetter & Company, a brokerage general agency and LTCI industry leader, where he was responsible for sales, marketing, and strategic management of a substantial sales force. He holds both the Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI) and Long Term Care Professional (LTCP) designations. Alex has been recognized as an expert and leader in the LTCI industry contributing to the financial services publication Broker World, speaking at industry events, and serving on the Organizing Committee for the Intercompany Long Term Care Insurance Conference.
Alex earned his bachelor’s degree from Baylor University, graduating Summa Cum Laude and was awarded for Outstanding Academic Achievement by an Undergraduate. He also holds his Chartered Life Underwriter® designation, a highly respected achievement of insurance expertise that requires the designee to complete extensive coursework and meet the ethical and experience standards of The American College. The CLU® provides in-depth knowledge on the unique needs of individuals, business owners, and professional clients.
Alex’s primary purpose in developing an investment strategy is to help clients achieve their goals and dreams while understanding and mitigating risk in an increasingly volatile and challenging investment environment. His approach strives to meet a client’s target return while maintaining below-average risk for their profile and optimizing tax efficiency in a manner tailored to a client’s specific needs.
Committed to the Community
Alex and his wife, Jacqueline, live in Omaha where he serves as a member of the Vespers Concert Series Board of Advisors. As an accomplished composer, arranger, and musician, he continues to perform as a pianist and organist is currently the Organist at Countryside Community Church. In addition to solo work, he enjoys accompanying professional musicians and performing chamber music locally.
